Please attend this Sound Transit sponsored community meeting and our rally outside the school starting at 5:30PM.  Sound Transit staff will explain why it is too late to redesign the project.  We MUST attend in large numbers to get the attention of Sound Transit staff and board, and the local press.  We support mass-transit, light rail, and Stride 3 but we don't support this needlessly costly and horrendously devasting design that will eliminate hundreds of trees, increase noise and crrime with a high 4,000 foot retaining wall.  Other designs that are already proven for other segments of the project, are less costly, and require less construction time need to be studied for Lake Forest Park.  Post your questions in advance at the Sound Transit site.
